Antipasti: grilled organic vegetables; vegetables in oil (including pumpkin from the Cilento national park,
artichoke hearts, marinated courgettes and much more); typical cold meats from the local area;
bruschettas and fried ‘pizzelle’ (with tomato, basil and parmesan cheese).
Fresh, home-made pasta: everything from lasagna to fettuccine with a range of sauces;
traditional potato gnocchi with nettles from the reserve or red turnip; cannelloni with ricotta
and spinach; regional pastas such as ‘strozzapreti’ from Emilia Romagna and ‘orecchiette’ (little ears) from Puglia.

Beef:the beef comes mainly from Sabina from free-range herds.
Vegetables: the vegetables are always fresh and, where possible, organic
Fruit: seasonal fruit from farms
Wine: we have good wine at reasonable prices from the small vineyard ‘Biologica Aurora’
